Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of products are exempt from being returned like perishable goods (such as wire,batteries etc.), customized or personalized items. We will label it as Non-Returnable item.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: B-30, Ratnadeep Society, Althan Tenament,Bhatar, Surat, Gujarat.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
